This “find – design – build” property experience tells the story of an associate of New Zealand Projects International [NZP} who already lives in New Zealand and tells their story (in real time) about:
- Selling a property in New Zealand
- Finding a piece of land to build on in a location starting from Auckland’s CBD to 1 hour travel time in any direction and at least half an acre in size.
- Choosing a designer and builder
- Events relating to the build
- Moving in and first impressions
- Value appraisal
Reviewers of the website are invited to participate in this real life “find, design and build” journey, however, only really useful educational posts will be published.
NZP’s administrator may include hints/lessons learned/video postings on occasions to assist viewers and certain postings where deemed commercially sensitive may be only available to NZP’s exclusive members.
